National Geographic has one of my favorite sites on the Internets. Best of all, the site contains some wonderful tips for taking good pictures ... with point and shoot, DSLR, and camera phones. You should check them out including the section where you can download great photos for use as wallpaper on your desktop.

These blog postings were imported from the Posterous service before Posterous closed down. Posterous was acquired by Twitter in February 2013.
A new blog service has come on the scene, Posthaven. The developers are the same as those that started Posterous. Their promise for Posthaven? "Websites come and go. This one is made to last forever."
